Tipper Willester Walker - (Deceased) - Tipper was larger than life, boisterous, outrageous, and very much so the cross between Santa and Col. Sanders with a lot of mischief mixed in. He had the town's best interest at heart but loved shocking people. He broke all the rules if he needed to. When he loved, he loved hard. When he disliked someone, he went out of his way to annoy those persons. Tipper was smart, cunning, and secretive, a witch whom nobody will ever forget.

Leonora “Nora” Walker Irwin - She is the younger sister of Rayline and aunt to Matt and Charli Goodwin. She lives in constant disappointment that her life didn't end up the way she planned and holds a grudge against her sister Rayline for marrying Delford, Jr. Quite the opposite of her sister, whom she never reconciled with before her death, Nora wastes time and energy being bitter, stuck up, and rule abiding. Her life is dedicated to wanting more for her daughter than she got and to one day possess more leadership power in the town.

Percy Irwin - Percy is the quiet husband to Nora and proud father to Clementine. He runs the town newspaper, The Honeysuckle Holler or The Holler. For the most part, he doesn't interfere in his wife's life and plans because he knows she'll do whatever it takes to get what she wants.

Clementine Leonora Walker Irwin - Clementine is the only daughter of Percy and Leonora Irwin as well as the cousin to Matt and Charli. Raised by her protective mother to resent her Goodwin relations, she acts more stuck up than own mother. She experienced her greatest triumph, landing the hand of Tucker Hawthorne.
